Lovely Views and Friendly Service

The fine balcony view of St Stephen's Cathedral made each morning magical. The staff, especially at the front desk, were always smiling and eager to assist. I loved ending my day with complimentary coffee and cake on the 11th floor.

Unfortunately, breakfast, although delicious, felt pricey at €29. While the cleanliness was commendable, some amenities needed more consistent replenishment.

Great bed, large bathroom and two TVs, it's own balcony, and an iron in the room. Exceptional and amazing breakfast, outstanding food choice. Top-class, caring staff at the reception desk. Perfect and excellent location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Graben.

Had a great time at Hotel am Parkring! The views from my balcony were amazing, and the staff really went out of their way to. Only downside was the small size of the room, but everything else made up for it!

Very small bathroom without ventilation. 28,50 € for a parking space I find exaggerated. Very bad coffee for breakfast and also at the bar. The food was better last year - we were already guests in this hotel for a conference.

The location is fantastic in the heart of Vienna - the view from all rooms is sensational - the friendly and courteous staff and the great gourmet cuisine with a view of Vienna's sights leave nothing to be desired! On the top !

While breakfast was delicious, some options felt limited, especially considering the price point.

Second time in this hotel. Again very satisfied.Very central location, quiet, nice views (hotel is on 11th till 13th floor), good room, good personell, good breakfast. Recommended.

The Single Room on the 12th floor offered lovely views of the city. Having a cute balcony to enjoy the scenery was a good surprise. The decor was charming and traditional. Staff interactions were really good. They were friendly and accommodating, always eager to assist with taxi arrangements and local tips. The hotel is conveniently located near public transport and main attractions. A downside was the air conditioning. It struggled to keep the room cool during hot days. While the breakfast options looked promising, they were a bit pricey compared to nearby cafés. My time here was nice, and I would certainly recommend this hotel for its location and views.

Excellent location with stunning views. The room is well equipped and the staff are friendly and helpful praticularly, Michael. Rich breakfast but a bit pricey.
